STORE POLICY
Your order is important to us. We make efforts to process within 3-5 business day, except during the holiday seasons and special promotions. We will ship your order to you depending on the service you have chosen and the availability of the items. All orders are processed between M-F during business hours.
US domestic orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground service or USPS. Please expect longer delivery time during the holiday season. Optional FedEx/UPS 2 Day shipping is available. Please expect at least one business day for processing. For 2 Day shipping, FedEx and UPS require 2 business days for transit time. Saturday is not considered a business day. We cannot guarantee any delivery time except for the FedEX/UPS 2 Day delivery option. Please note that UPS/FedEx do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipments might be delayed if there are pre-order items in your order. Please notify us if you would like to receive in-stock items first. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We reserve the right to combine your shipment. Please add a note if you do not wish your orders combined.
We would like to suggest you using a shipping address that you can safely receive packages. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Additional shipping fee may apply to orders with OUTLET items over 3 lbs and are subject to cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at $25-$40. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, USPS First Class Mail is not available in some countries and delivery time can be longer. Additional fee may be collected on packages over 3 lbs. Delivery time may vary depending on custom clearance and local postal service. Please expect at least 10 - 21 business days delivery time. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
For better tracking and on-time service, you may select Expedited Shipping (5-10 business days delivery time) service at $80.00 and up depending on your region. Please allow one business day for processing. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery time can be longer.
The receiver is responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. All shipments outside the United States may be subject to taxes and duties based on the destination country. Hello Alyss is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country; in some cases, customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether import duties and taxes will apply. Please contact your local customs / import departments for rates before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks by customs, and cause associated delays and charges. Hello Alyss is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Hello Alyss is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. If your package is undeliverable due to insufficient address or delay in duty payment, Hello Alyss will not issue a refund.
OUTLET items may not be eligible for international shipping and are subject to cancellation.
International orders are subject to credit card verifications. Please allow extra time for this verification process.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 36 hours of expected delivery
-Verify the shipping address
-Look for a notice of attempted delivery
-Look around the delivery location for your package
-See if someone else accepted the delivery or check with your postal carrier
-Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. It is very difficult for us to investigate or file a claim if it is not brought to our attention in a timely manner. Please notify us within 3-5 days from the package delivery date. We are not responsible for packages delivered after 5 days.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please email us at customer@hello-alyss.com for a return authorization number. We will issue a RMA number and return instructions with the Returns Department address. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or returned to you.
Please understand that we are a small online store with limited inventory. We will honor a full refund minus shipping cost on the full price merchandise if returned within 14 days from receipt. Your timely return will allow other customers get the sizes they want. The authorized return merchandise must be received by us within 14 days from your receipt date. We will not accept any merchandise returned after 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping cost are at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with intact tamper-proof seals for items where these are applied. Learn more about 360 ID Tag here. It takes 7-14 business days for us to process your return. (Please allow longer processing time during high seasons.) When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund: $4 per return + $1 per item. There is a restocking fee of $10 per item for special occasion dresses from Nellystella LOVE, Petite Amalie and Tutu Du Monde.
Please understand that our stock is limited. That is why our special sale events are final sale so all customers can get a chance to purchase with the promotions. Sale items discounted more than 20% off are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales are final for promotional campaigns.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchanges.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items discounted at or more than 20% off are considered final sale. Unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our provided shipping label, the cost of return shipping ($10) will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, if you are shipping an item over $75.
A $10.50 fee will be deducted from your refund if a free-shipping promo is applied to your order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only honor exchanges for damaged items. Please place a new order for a replacement if you wish to exchange for a different size or item. Restocking fee is waived if new order is placed. New shipping charges will be incurred for your new order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the price difference.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order item arrival dates are subject to change.
GIFT CARDS
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items. Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. Hello Alyss gift cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
