RETURNS

All items on our website are currently on sale and considered FINAL SALE. Due to the deep discounts and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing, fit, or change of mind.

As a small online store with limited quantities, this policy allows us to offer these promotions while ensuring fairness for all customers.

If you experience an issue with your order (such as receiving a damaged item, incorrect item, or missing item), please contact us at customer@hello-alyss.com
 within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos if applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Hello Alyss honors a one-time price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days before the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact item size and style must be available for purchase at the time of your request is made for an adjustment to be approved. Markdown items, or items originally purchased on sale, are not eligible for price adjustments.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@hello-alyss.com.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

GIFT CARDS
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items. Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. Hello Alyss gift cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

COUPONS
Coupons codes cannot be combined. Some restrictions and exclusions may apply.
